Request signatures FAQs

Does this track recipients or verify their identity?

No. This is a manual file-sharing workflow. Use an approved signing service when verified identity, certificates or audit records are required.

Are my documents uploaded?

Local PDF tools process documents in your browser. Choosing a file alone does not upload it. Server conversion sends the chosen file only after you confirm; server AI sends extracted text only after consent. Download your output before closing the page; there is no cloud document library.

Are my PDFs encrypted?

The website uses HTTPS to encrypt the connection. Local processing does not automatically password-encrypt your input or downloaded PDF. No website can guarantee 100% security; use a trusted device and keep your original files.

How do I save a PDF on an iPhone?

After creating the result, use Save / Share and choose Save to Files. If a download opens a preview, use the browser’s Share control to save a copy.
