# A final document check before submitting an assignment
Prepare a final PDF around the actual course instructions, not an assumed universal format. FileStation’s Assignment Pack page describes arranging PDF inputs and checking against limits the user supplies; it does not guarantee acceptance. FileStation: Assignment Pack
Prepare and arrange
Keep the editable originals. Export your coursework from the authoring application to PDF, then gather only the cover and appendices your course requires. Add the PDFs to the workspace and arrange the pages in the requested sequence.
Review page orientation and check the joins between sections. Enter the applicable page-count or file-size limits where the interface supports them. These are your course’s values, not values that FileStation knows automatically.
Inspect and submit
Download the final copy and open that exact file. Read the smallest text, check figures and references, confirm the filename, and compare the page count with your plan. Where accessibility is required, check the relevant requirements separately; a size check is not an accessibility test.
Submit through the institution’s required system. Keep the submission confirmation and a copy of the file you actually sent. No checklist can replace the module instructions or the institution’s decision.
