Clear limits, no surprises
The Free allowance resets at midnight UTC every day and follows your account across devices. A generated file or ZIP is one download. Retrying the same result in the current tab does not use another allowance. Cancelled save/share attempts release the allowance. Browsers cannot always confirm a completed save.
A saved file is a finished result kept in your account. A draft is an unfinished PDF edit you can resume. Storage is opt-in. Pro removes the item-count limit, but each saved item remains limited to 25 MB. Tool-specific page, file-size, English OCR and device limits still apply. An unavailable external processing service stays unavailable on every plan.

Trial and billing
All new subscriptions are billed in US dollars (USD). Existing subscriptions keep their agreed price and currency.
Trials are for eligible new paid subscribers. After 3 days, Pro renews at US$5.35/month or Team at US$8.03 per seat/month unless cancelled. Existing subscribers can manage their current plan in billing. Annual plans are not offered for new purchases.

Common questions
What file-size limit applies?
Read the limit displayed on the selected tool. Processing limits, account storage limits and download allowances are different, and should not be treated as one limit.
Do I need to sign in?
You can prepare a file before signing in. Sign in with Google to download, with 10 free downloads per account each day. Before sign-in, FileStation saves a temporary draft on this device and returns you to the same tool. Browser storage must be available.
