Is FileStation right for you?
Choose a PDF preparation workspace for everyday document tasks, with a clear view of its limits.

Start with the task
Use FileStation when you need to merge attachments, reorder pages, compress a PDF, add text or prepare a copy for sharing. Open a local tool, choose a file and review the output before saving. Choosing a file for a local tool does not itself upload it.
Local tools or account storage?
Local tools work on the file in your browser. Save to account is an explicit upload for access through your signed-in account. Use the dashboard for saved downloads and PDF drafts. Account storage and local processing have different privacy implications; read the security page before saving sensitive information.
Where a different service may be needed
If your requirement is simultaneous document co-authoring, full folder synchronisation, a certified compliance archive or guaranteed long-term retention, assess a service specifically offering those capabilities. FileStation does not claim those guarantees. Keep an independent backup of important records.
Try one document first
Keep your original. Merge or edit a copy, download the result and check text, images, links, form fields and signatures. Some exports flatten content or change formatting. Read the limitation shown on each tool before using it for an important submission.
