Create a folder plan on your device or chosen storage
Start with broad folders such as Home, Study and Work, then divide by year or project. These are suggested folders for your own storage, not an automatic FileStation folder feature. Keep originals separate from prepared copies.
Use names that explain the document
Use a consistent pattern such as 2026-10_invoice_supplier_project.pdf. Avoid personal identifiers in filenames when a generic project name is enough. Label drafts clearly and keep a final version only after checking it.
Prepare the PDF
Open Organize PDF to combine related pages, remove duplicates, fix rotation and check the order. Export a copy, then use Compress PDF if the recipient has a size limit. Stronger image compression can remove selectable text and interactive elements, so review the output.
Save and back up deliberately
Download the finished file to your chosen folder. Optionally save a result or PDF draft to your FileStation account. Keep another copy somewhere independent: an account dashboard and a browser session are not a promise of permanent archival storage.
